Notarial Fees

• Acknowledgements – $10 for first signature / $1 for each additional signature
• Jurats – $10 for first signature / $1 for each additional signature
• Certified Copies – $10 for first each certificate
• Protests – $4 for each bill or note / $1 per notice served / $4 for certificate & seal
• Depositions – $10 for certificate & oath / $0.50 per 100 words
• All Other Notarial Acts -$10

**A travel charge will be issued for mobile notary services at $1 per mile in additon to the above fee **

Notary Signing Agent Fees for Escrow and Real Estate Closings
(These fees are NOT state mandated; mobile notary fees)

• Loan Signing (20 miles of travel included) – $125
  Description: Fee for a single Loan Closing; Mileage fee per mile after first 20 miles is $1.00 per mile.
• Additional Related Loan Closing (piggyback loan) -$35
  Description: Fee for an additional loan closing that IS related to the first loan.
• Additional Unrelated Loan Closing – $50
  Description: Fee for additional loan closing that is NOT related to the first loan.
• Printing of electronic documents (up to 200 pages) – $20
  Description: Fee for printing electronic documents up to 200 pages; there will be an additional fee of $0.25 per page for additional pages after the initial 200 pages.
• Fax Up to 15 pages – $20
  Description: Fee for faxing up to 15 pages; there will be an additional fee of $0.20 per page for additional pages after the initial 15 pages.
• Travel and Non-Closing – $75
  Description: Fee if notary travels to a location and borrower refuses to sign.
• Full Purchase – $125
  Description: Fee for full purchase notary signing (closing).
• Reverse Mortgage – $125
  Description: Fee for reverse mortgage notary signing.
• EDoc – Extra Charge – $30
  Description: Fee for EDoc; this fee is in addition to the signing fee; this fee only applies if notary is offering this service. Check with notary to see if this service is currently being offered.
• Loan Application – $125
  Description: Fee if notarization is needed for a loan application.
• Cash Deal – $125
  Description: Fee for cash deals (e.g. HELOCs).
• Cancellation Fee – $30
  Description: Fee applied with TWO (2) hour or less notice of cancellation.
